Jade Cargill has been replaced ahead of War Games
Nov 30, 2024
WWE Survivor Series: War Games 2024 is fast approaching, taking place later tonight at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. On last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Jade Cargill was laid out on the hood of a vehicle following an attack by an unknown assailant, ruling her out of the women’s War Games match at the premium live event. In the past week, there have been conflicting reports on the legitimacy of Cargill’s injury, with some suggesting it to be a work and others noting that the injury is legit, and that she will be out for at least three months.
Either way, this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown saw the babyface women’s team recruit their final member, as former multi-time champion Bayley will now join up with the squad of Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Iyo Sky and Naomi to take on the line-up of WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae.
Those privy to SmackDown’s spoilers will have known about this news for the past week, but Bayley’s role at the PLE is now official.
