Mara Sadè - fka Jakara Jackson in WWE - has been announced for her first pro wrestling match since being released by the promotion in early May.

Sadè will face TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich in Jersey Championship Wrestling’s Born (Almost) On The Fourth Of July event on July 6, with Slamovich putting the JCW World Championship on the line. A product of WWE developmental, this match will mark Sadè’s first ever appearance on the independent circuit.

One of 17 names released by WWE post-WrestleMania, Sadè had been with the company since 2021, working throughout developmental and NXT before her release. In NXT, Jakara Jackson was part of Meta Four alongside Noam Dar, Lash Legend, and Oro Mensah, but the group was abruptly split in late April, with Jackson and Mensah released mere days later.

Jackson and Legend were part of the initial NXT/TNA crossover, with the Meta Four team wrestling on TNA IMPACT in March 2025, even competing for the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships at TNA Rebellion that very same month - Jackson’s last match to date.
