Jeremy Borash Reportedly Involved With WWE TV Production Changes

Recent WWE TV production changes believed to have involved Jeremy Borash

Since the exit of long-time WWE Executive Producer and Chief of Global Television Distribution Kevin Dunn at the end of 2023, WWE TV has noticeably undergone several subtle changes.

The January 15 edition of RAW showcased a new reportedly ‘temporary’ set and stage design, whilst there have been a plethora of vignettes and pre-produced cinematic video spots airing on WWE TV, such as Tyler Bate and Butch’s recent ‘Pete Dunne’ tease.

According to a report from Fightful Select, some have noticed these new video pieces in particular feeling more akin to the content you’d see on WWE NXT, with it confirmed that WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque having given Jeremy Borash the freedom to form his own production team and experiment with different ways of producing WWE TV, safely ‘under Kevin Dunn’s radar’.

As well as the Bate/Butch video, a recent RAW segment showed Piper Niven and Chelsea Green confronting Katana Chance and Kayden Carter in a club, with both segments reportedly having gone down well internally in WWE.

Sources involved told Fightful that they enjoyed the freedom of this new approach to production, with one source saying the ‘new method was to let the characters breathe’, and the segment allowed to play out with it implied that under Dunn the segment would have been cut and chopped and changed several times.

Borash was previously a key figure in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling, and after Dunn’s departure some fans online assumed that Borash would be stepping into the role, such is his experience and reported closeness with Triple H. No official replacement for Dunn has been announced, but reports suggest WWE Executive Vice President of Television Chris Kaiser could take over Dunn’s role.
