Jey Uso could be set to become the World Heavyweight Champion at WWE WrestleMania 41, but he won't be a top star in the company for years to come.

Uso - who is 39 - revealed on The Ringer Wrestling Show that he is "on the end" of his career and feels like he has a couple of years left in the ring.

"I'm on the end of my career. I feel like I still have a couple years left. I still feel strong, but this is the first time I kind of felt the years are catching up on me. I think I'm getting older. I'll be 40 in August. I love wrestling. Wrestling is everything. I'm just getting to the point where I want to venture out a little bit more," Jey said.

Uso has established himself as one of the most popular talents in WWE in recent years. His World Heavyweight Title match against Gunther is currently scheduled to be the opening contest of WrestleMania 41 on Saturday, April 19.

Uso may end his career at a similar time to his cousin, Roman Reigns, who has said he plans to finish up by 2028 at the latest and pursue acting.
