Keith Lee Clarifies When He Was Backstage At Recent AEW Shows

Keith Lee has given an update as to when he was backstage at recent All Elite Wrestling shows, after reports revealed the ‘Limitless One’ had been backstage in recent weeks.

Reports suggested that the former AEW World Tag Team Champion was backstage at the recent AEW Dynamite in Georgia, however Lee himself claims this was not the case, offering up the following information on X/Twitter:

“For the record.... this isn't true. I was at Collision in Houston. But I was at the Dynamite in Austin briefly. I do live in Texas after all. Good day.”

Lee has been out of action since December 2023, being pulled from a planned singles match with former partner Swerve Strickland at Worlds End due to an undisclosed illness. Lee’s health has been up and down for the past several years, with a double surgery in early 2024 addressing issues he had been living with since Grand Slam 2022.

The former NXT Champion has been with AEW since early 2022, wrestling across AEW and Ring of Honor. He is a one-time AEW World Tag Team Champion in the company, holding the titles with Swerve Strickland as Swerve in Our Glory from July to September 2022.
