Killer Kross Names Finn Balor As His 'Favourite Opponent Of All Time'

Killer Kross has named Finn Balor as his 'favourite opponent of all time' and revealed the two harboured hopes of wrestling each other at a future WWE WrestleMania pay-per-view.

Kross - going by the name Karrion Kross - faced Balor on two occasions for the NXT Championship in mid-2021, defeating The Prince to regain the Title he had to vacate at NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver in April in a physical bout, before successfully defending it against him once again in a similarly brutal encounter on NXT a few weeks later.

A fan noted on social media how underrated the second of Kross' two matches with Balor is, prompting the recently released WWE wrestler to name Balor has his favourite in-ring opponent ever. 

Kross also noted that Balor and he really enjoyed working together, so much so that they discussed their hopes of facing each other again on the WrestleMania stage following their first bout.

Kross said on Balor on Twitter: "Favorite opponent of all time by far. After the first one back through the curtain we were hoping the next would be at a mania one day with a full house."
