Latest On Drew McIntyre Storming Out Of WWE Survivor Series

Drew McIntyre seemingly no longer unhappy following WWE Survivor Series

Drew McIntyre certainly didn't seem to be in a good mood following WWE Survivor Series on Saturday, November 25 as the two-time WWE Champion left the ring in a hurry following the WarGames main event, exiting the ring before CM Punk's return. Upon arriving backstage, McIntyre allegedly put on a hoodie and slammed the locker room door, storming out of Allstate Arena following the event.

CM Punk's return to WWE was one of the reasons for McIntyre leaving Survivor Series in a hurry, according to reports, although this wasn't the only reason for his quick exit.

Following Survivor Series, McIntyre worked a WWE house show in Peoria, Illinois on Sunday, November 26 as he faced Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura in a Triple Threat for the World Heavyweight Championship. McIntyre was then present on Monday Night Raw in a segment with Seth Rollins.

Despite him storming out of WWE Survivor Series, McIntyre was reportedly in "good spirits" before Monday Night Raw, Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported. Whatever caused McIntyre to be so unhappy at Survivor Series also "seemed to have dissipated" by Monday night.

McIntyre's long-term WWE future remains up in the air, with his current deal set to expire around WrestleMania 40. Irn Dru reportedly is open to allowing his contract to expire
