Latest On The Undertaker's WWE SummerSlam 2019 Status

The Deadman proved he's still got it at Extreme Rules...

In the match that opened the main card at Extreme Rules eight days ago, The Undertaker proved that he does indeed still have 'it' in a fun match alongside Roman Reigns against the team of Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.

The Phenom's attendance at this year's SummerSlam appeared to be a certainty after the Extreme Rules angle, and with local advertising promoting ol' Booger Red in a singles match against McIntyre.

But then, a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter said "we’re told that is typical local market advertising and that is not the actual plan right now for the show," casting 'Taker's presence on the show into doubt.

The latest On Undertaker's SummerSlam status comes to use from those over at Wrestling Observer Radio, who have doubled down on The Deadman not working The Biggest Event Of The Summer.

Once again, Dave Meltzer has claimed Undertaker will not be up against Drew McIntyre. Meltzer appears to be on the right track as that aforementioned local advertising has been pulled over the not too distant past.
