Liv Morgan has confirmed she has signed a new deal with WWE, with the Women’s World Champion set to stay with the promotion for another five years.
Recent reports had suggested that Morgan was one name WWE were ‘aggressively’ targeting in order to secure their services for the foreseeable future, and during an appearance on Impaulsive, Morgan revealed she has indeed signed a new deal, saying the following when asked about her five-year plan:
“I just signed a new five-year deal, so my five-year plan is WWE. That’s my five-year plan,” said Morgan.
Morgan has been with WWE since 2014, and is a two-time Women’s World Champion, two-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, and the 2022 Money in the Bank winner.
By signing a new deal, morganatic joins rival Rhea Ripley in re-upping with WWE for several years, with ‘Mami’ putting pen-to-paper on a new contract in early October. Ripley is set to miss an undisclosed amount of time away from in-ring competition after fracturing her orbital bone, with Morgan having caused the injury in storyline during a heinous attack on the October 29 edition of NXT.
