Goldberg's status for WWE's upcoming Crown Jewel pay-per-view/premium live event has been revealed.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Goldberg is NOT scheduled to be in Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel this coming weekend. Goldberg was a regular at WWE's shows in Saudi Arabia while he was under contract with the company and he even won the Universal Title in the Middle East at Super Showdown 2020.

Goldberg had been away from WWE since Elimination Chamber in February 2022 when he faced Roman Reigns. Goldberg appeared at WWE Bad Blood in Atlanta, though, and tried to get in a confrontation with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther.

WWE seemingly have plans for Gunther vs. Goldberg, with it being noted the company are slated to use the WWE Hall of Famer. When Goldberg will wrestle for WWE is unknown but he reportedly won't be in action at Survivor Series or WrestleMania 41.

WWE Crown Jewel will take place in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, November 2. Gunther will be in action at the event, facing Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes for the Crown Jewel Title, a belt that will only appear in Saudi Arabia. It was announced on Monday Night Raw that Roman Reigns and The Usos will team together to take on The New Bloodline at Crown Jewel.
