Marko Stunt Starting His Own Promotion

Big plans from Marko Stunt

Former AEW talent Marko Stunt is planning to start his own independent wrestling promotion later this year.

"I'm actually, I have my own promotion coming up around where I live in Memphis. I think we're starting here in September. We're still trying to come up with everything and do everything. We haven't released any posters or anything. That is coming soon. I am going to be starting up a promotion here. I also help out a lot with a show in Missouri, with the booker there. I've been getting into that role and trying to learn that type of stuff," Stunt told Steve Fall of NBC Sports Boston

Marko revealed getting the promotion off the ground is his biggest goal in professional wrestling at the moment.

The 25-year-old has been active on the independent wrestling scene in recent months following his AEW exit in May and he recently lost to Masha Slamovich in Game Changer Wrestling.

While he is no longer with the promotion, Stunt was name-dropped on a recent edition of AEW Dynamite by Christian Cage, something Mr. Fun Size thought was "kind of lame."
