Mina Shirakawa is out of action, with the STARDOM star having picked up an injury on February 2.

The nature of Shirakawa’s injury has not been revealed, with a statement from STARDOM on X/Twitter on February 4 merely stating:

“As announced earlier today, @MinaShirakawa will be out of action for an unspecified period to recover from injuries sustained on Sunday at Korakuen Hall. Join us in wishing Mina a speedy recovery.”

Shirakawa responded to the announcement on X/Twitter:

“Regrettable. But I’m not the type of person to just keep losing and getting beaten. Please give me some time so I can give it back at 120%.”

Shirakawa was teaming with her Empress Nexus Venus teammates against the HATE team of Thekla, Momo Watanabe, Rina, and Azusa Inaba at STARDOM’s 14th Anniversary Supreme Fight 2025 when the injury occurred.

Mina has been heavily featured across All Elite Wrestling TV over the past year, losing to former teammate Mariah May in an AEW Women’s World Championship match at AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming in December 2024. Shirakawa also lost to AEW’s Mercedes Moné, with Mina dropping the RevPro Undisputed British Women's Title to Moné at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5.
