New Faction Debuts At NXT Vengeance Day

Over the last few weeks, the debut of a mystery faction has been teased in various vignettes across NXT programming, and at last night’s WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025 premium live event, they made their presence known in more ways than one. 

Following the successful NXT Tag Team Championship defence from Axiom & Nathan Frazer over the duo of Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura, four individuals donning face masks hit the ring and issued an assault on all four men who had just competed. The commentary team identified the individuals as the debuting Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars, Dion Lennox & Cutler James. Notably, Osiris Griffin was one of the 12 new ring names trademarked by WWE that some speculated would belong to the recently debuted Ricky Starks. 

This wasn’t their only influence across the show, as the group of four also showed up following Oba Femi’s NXT Championship defence against Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. With some flashing lighting accompanying this time around, the group hit the ring and managed to take out the NXT Champion, making a big statement in the process.
