New Title Match Added To WWE Elimination Chamber

An Australian will have the opportunity to win a championship at Elimination Chamber. 

WWE have announced that the Kabuki Warriors of Asuka and Kairi Sane will defend the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae. Hartwell hails from Melbourne, Australia. 

While they enjoyed success in NXT, holding the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles in 2021, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell have only won one of their five tag team matches on the main roster. Hartwell and LeRae earned a win over Chelsea Green and Piper Niven on the January 15 episode of Monday Night Raw but they have since suffered a loss to Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler on January 22.

Asuka and Kairi Sane have been WWE Women's Tag Team Champions since defeating Kayden Carter and Katana Chance on the January 26 episode of SmackDown. 

Surprises are reportedly planned for Elimination Chamber.

Elimination Chamber will emanate from Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia on Saturday, February 24. The show will start at 10 am GMT/5 am EST. Full card is as follows:
