Madison Rayne Hits Back At Social Media Trolling Following AEW Dynamite Injury Scare

Madison Rayne has commented after AEW Dynamite injury scare

Madison Rayne made her first All Elite Wrestling television appearance in several months on February 21, taking on Deonna Purrazzo in singles action.

During the course of the match, Rayne landed on her head whilst taking a Flatliner, prompting concern from fans online. Rayne later took to X/Twitter to give an update on her status, and pour scorn to bad faith trolls:

“Hi  I’m okay! Thanks so much to everyone who celebrated my Dynamite return & those who checked in on me afterwards. To those who have never stepped into a ring but tweeted awful things at me w/ zero knowledge of what actually happened- thanks for watching. Have a great day,” posted Rayne.

The former TNA Knockouts World Champion has been with AEW since 2022, working as both an in-ring talent and backstage coach for the women’s division.

Prior to her match with Purrazzo, Rayne had not wrestled since defeating Dani Mo during an episode of Ring of Honor TV in August 2023. Rayne was on the shelf with injury for the latter part of 2023, but remained backstage in AEW and ROH during that time.
