Nia Jax Calls Out WES For Falsely Advertising Her For Inaugural Show

Nia Jax has called out WES

Wrestling Entertainment Series continue to annoy former WWE Superstars.

Only one day after Matt Rehwoldt claimed WES had ghosted him ahead of their inaugural show on Saturday, July 9, Lina Fanene (FKA Nia Jax) has called out the promotion for still advertising her for the event despite the fact she won't be in action.

Replying to a tweet from WES, Jax wrote: "I do not know why I am still on this poster, but I will REPEAT myself again...I will NOT be at the show. Please do not buy a ticket thinking you will see me perform or get a chance to meet me. I hate that this misleads people!"

As of the time of writing, Jax is still prominently featured in advertising for the event on the WES website and she is listed on the card in a match against an unannounced opponent for the WES Women's Championship.

WES - the promotion created by former WWE tag team the Authors Of Pain - will hold their inaugural show on July 9 at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, England. Other names advertised for the show include Alistair Overeem, Moose, Dean Muhtadi, Eric Young, and Lince Dorado.
