Nick Hogan Pleads Not Guilty To DUI Arrest

Nicholas Bollea (AKA Nick Hogan) has pleaded not guilty to his DUI arrest.

Bollea was officially arraigned on December 18, according to PWInsider, and he pleaded not guilty to the charge of misdemeanour DUI. He will be in court next on January 17 for a pre-trial hearing. 

Hogan was arrested in the early hours of November 18 in Clearwater, Florida for misdemeanour DUI. He was pulled over after driving 51 MPH in a 40 MPH zone past three stationary police cars responding to a separate incident. Upon being pulled over, Hogan's eyes were "bloodshot" and he showed signs of impairment, according to the responding officer, and Hogan's breath smelled like booze. Bollea also "performed poorly on the field sobriety test."

Bollea's arrest came after he had been partying at his father Hulk Hogan's restaurant where a bikini contest had just taken place. 

Nick Hogan was previously featured on the reality series Hogan Knows Best and he has appeared on WWE programming in the past. There was a wild claim from Hulk Hogan earlier this year that Shane McMahon held talks with Hogan over wanting to face Nick at WrestleMania 39. This claim was quickly quashed by WWE.
