NJPW Best Of Super Jr. 30 Semi-Finalists Revealed

Who advanced to the Best of Super Jr. 30 semi-finals

After 12 days of in-ring action, the semi-finals of the NJPW Best of Super Jr. 30 tournament have been made official. 

The final round of A Block matches took place on Tuesday, May 23 and IMPACT's "Speedball" Mike Bailey ended the round-robin matches at the top of the mountain following a win over Lio Rush. Bailey finished in first place in the A Block with a 7-2 record. 

Speedball was joined by Titan from the A Block, who advanced to the semi-finals after defeating IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and LIJ stablemate Hiromu Takahashi to finish with a 6-3 record. Takahashi and Lio Rush both finished with 6-3 records but Titan held wins over them both to move on.

The B Block came to an end on Wednesday, May 24 and El Desperado finished as the top seed following his win over Robbie Eagles in today's main event to end the block with a 7-2 record. Master Wato, meanwhile, defeated Kevin Knight to finish in second place. Wato also finished at 7-2 but he lost to Despe earlier in the tournament. 

The semi-finals of BOSJ 30 will take place on Friday, May 26. "Speedball" Mike Bailey will go one-on-one with Master Wato, while El Desperado will take on Titan.

The two winners will advance to the final on Sunday, May 28.
