NJPW G1 Climax 33 Semi-Finals Results

The semi-finals of the G1 Climax took place today, with the final two competitors being decided for tomorrow’s finals of NJPW’s biggest tournament. It will be four-time winner Kazuchika Okada, who outlasted EVIL in one semi final, with him looking to get to score his third G1 Climax win in a row - a feat only accomplished by Antonio Inoki - and Tetsuya Naito, who scored a huge victory over IWGP United States Champion Will Ospreay, and will look to win his third G1 Climax.

The rest of the show saw an array of big multi-man matches featuring NJPW stars and many of those who competed in the earlier rounds of the G1 Climax.

The results from the show are as follows;

• Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomohiro Ishii, Eddie Kingston & Ryusuke Taguchi defeats Zack Sabre Jr., Shane Haste, Mikey Nicholls & Kosei Fujita
