NJPW Returning To The UK For Royal Quest 2

NJPW heading back to the UK

Following an initial reveal earlier this year that New Japan Pro-Wrestling would be returning to the United Kingdom in October, the promotion announced today when they will be coming back.

NJPW revealed they will hold Royal Quest II on Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2 at the Crystal Palace National Sports Center in London, England. Fans can sign up for an exclusive presale and ticket information here. The shows will come after New Japan's Burning Spirit tour from September 2 to September 25.

NJPW held their first show in the United Kingdom in August 2019 with the original Royal Quest. The show featured several big matches, including Guerrillas of Destiny vs. Aussie Open for the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championships, and Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi for the RevPro British Heavyweight Title.

In the main event, Kazuchika Okada retained the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, defeating the hugely-popular Minoru Suzuki.

NJPW have held several major shows in the United States already this year, including the joint Forbidden Door pay-per-view with All Elite Wrestling.
