Plans For Penta's WWE Debut Confirmed

WWE's plans for Penta's debut with the company have been confirmed.

Another teaser for Penta El Zero Miedo/Penta/Pentagon Jr. aired during the Raw premiere on Netflix on January 6, with it finally being confirmed by WWE that the teases in recent weeks had been for the former AEW World Tag Team Champion.

Chad Gable then appeared later on the Raw Netflix premiere and said he was better than any luchador and would face anybody on next week's Raw. General Manager Adam Pearce then noted he had the perfect name in mind.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has since reported that Chad Gable's opponent on Raw, as expected, will be Penta. The former TNA World Champion will be a permanent fixture on Monday Night Raw following his debut.

Penta had previously been a part of All Elite Wrestling from 2019 until his contract expired in December 2024. Although never officially announced, many expected Penta to debut on the January 6 episode of Raw to the point even WWE talents thought Penta was going to be at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.

Tickets are still available for the January 13 edition of WWE Raw from the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
