Randy Orton Praised Recent ROH World Title Match Between Claudio Castagnoli & Dax Harwood
Orton was full of praise for the recent ROH World Title match between Harwood and Castagnoli
During a recent appearance on The Wringer Wrestling Show, FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) spoke about rankings, star ratings and their reputation as one of the best tag teams in the world.
FTR currently hold gold in AAA, New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Ring Of Honor, as well as being former champions in WWE and AEW.
During the discussion, Harwood revealed that Randy Orton recently heaped praise on him and Ring of Honor World Champion Claudio Castagnoli for their title match on the September 9 episode of AEW Rampage.
"It might get him in trouble, but whatever. After my match with Claudio, Randy Orton texts me and Claudio and could not stop talking about how great the match was, and selling and what's missing in wrestling. He said that match is what's missing. Yeah man, I love getting accolades and I love fans caring about us and loving us and ranking us high. But when my peers and the people I look up to are the ones who give us the accolades, that's pretty cool".
Orton, Harwood and Wheeler sporadically teamed together when all were signed to WWE (in 2019) as the so-called FTRKO.
The Viper reportedly tried pitching a faction with him and The Revival directly to Vince McMahon, but the suggestion fell on deaf ears.
