Report: AEW Considering Moving Double Or Nothing Away From Las Vegas
Could AEW Double or Nothing leave Las Vegas?
Jan 20, 2025
All Elite Wrestling's Double or Nothing pay-per-view has traditionally taken place in Las Vegas, Nevada but that could be set to change in 2025.
According to Fightful Select, there were major discussions within AEW in 2024 about holding Double or Nothing in another city. A factor in AEW potentially moving the 2025 edition of the pay-per-view is WrestleMania 41 will be taking place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas only one month before Double or Nothing.
Double or Nothing has been an AEW pay-per-view event since 2019 and was the promotion's first-ever show. It has been held in Las Vegas in 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024 while the 2020 and 2021 shows emanated from Jacksonville due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
AEW Double or Nothing 2025 is expected to take place on Sunday, May 25. An episode of WWE Saturday Night's Main Event is currently planned for May 24.
All Elite Wrestling have changed how they announce pay-per-view events following WWE booking a house show in Orlando, Florida for the same day as AEW Worlds End in December 2024.
