It wasn't just CM Punk who had issues getting from the airport into London ahead of All In.

According to Wade Keller of PWTorch, no wrestlers were picked up from the airport upon arriving in the United Kingdom which left the talents having to fend for themselves, with many of them ordering Uber rides into town. This is a major difference from WWE as talents are always picked up from the airport, while New Japan also picks up international wrestlers at the airport when they arrive in Japan.

WWE talents on international tours are given an official itinerary and transport from the airport to hotels or arenas is arranged by the company. Security is assigned to the wrestlers, who travel in groups.

There were other differences between AEW and WWE's organisation which meant talents had a much less enjoyable travel experience with added stress and delays when they were trying to get ready for All In.

CM Punk was so upset about not being picked up from Heathrow Airport on Saturday morning that he reportedly angrily confronted Tony Khan, with the pair's relationship believed to be on the brink. Punk is suspended from AEW once again following his backstage altercation at All In with Jack Perry.
