Report: AEW Talent Returns From Injury At Dark: Elevation Taping

A big return on AEW Dark: Elevation

An All Elite Wrestling talent returned to the squared circle during Wednesday's Dark: Elevation taping from Long Island, New York.

The Acclaimed's Anthony Bowens had been out of action since the March 9 edition of Dynamite when he and Max Caster unsuccessfully challenged Jurassic Express for the AEW World Tag Team Titles.

AEW President Tony Khan announced soon after that Bowens was sidelined with a knee injury, although he continued to appear on AEW TV, accompanying Max Caster to the ring for his singles matches.

The Five-Tool Player was back in action last night and he teamed with Caster and The Gunn Club on Dark: Elevation to defeat Zack Clayton, Bryce Donovan, Lucas Chase, and GKM.

Bowens has been a part of AEW since his debut back in September 2020. He and Caster have become a popular duo in the promotion due to their pre-match rap.

Several other matches were taped for Dark: Elevation, including an ROH Women's World Title bout. Bowens' match will air on Monday, May 16.
