Report: Bron Breakker Called Up To WWE Main Roster

Bron Breakker reportedly called up to WWE’s main roster

Despite a strong showing in the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble, NXT head Shawn Michaels suggested that Bron Breakker still has work to do on the black and gold brand, but new reports suggest that Breakker has officially been called up to the main roster.

Breakker himself said he regards main as his new home following the Rumble, with it hinted on the January 29 edition of WWE Raw that Breakker could be on his way to SmackDown.

A report from SE Scoops suggests that Breakker has indeed been called up, and whilst his Rumble spot was a last-minute deal to replace Brock Lesnar, it’s not believed that WWE creative plans in place for Brock moving forward have been transferred to Breakker.

Whether Breakker has a transitional period from NXT to SmackDown or Raw remains to be seen, with Bron recently forming a formidable tag team with Baron Corbin on NXT.

A lynchpin of NXT since the change from classic to 2.0 in late 2021, Breakker stands as a two-time NXT Champion, having traded the belt with the likes of Tommaso Ciampa and Dolph Ziggler.
