Kamala is the latest name linked with the WWE Hall of Fame, with the ‘Ugandan Giant’ expected to be inducted as part of the class of 2025.
Per a report from WrestleVotes Radio, Kamala’s name is being discussed internally within WWE, with it expected that Kamala will be inducted this year.
A star during the Rock & Wrestling era, Kamala had three stints in WWE, first in 1984 where he battled the likes of Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant, then later stints from 1986 to 1987 - during which Kamala challenged for the WWF Championship on several occasions - and later from 1992 to 1993. Kamala would also have a short run in WCW in 1995, as part of the Dungeon of Doom stable.
WWE Hall of Famer Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts has long advocated for Kamala’s inclusion in the HOF, and it remains to be seen if Kamala will join Triple H, Michelle McCool, Lex Luger, and The Natural Disasters in this year's WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
Kamala - real name James Harris - died from complications due to diabetes in 2020.
