Report: Laredo Kid Expected To Return To IMPACT Wrestling

Laredo Kid could arrive back in the IMPACT Zone soon

A major Mexican wrestling star looks to be on his way back to IMPACT Wrestling.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Laredo Kid is expected to return to IMPACT soon. The 34-year-old will also be on the receiving end of a push when he does arrive back in the IMPACT Zone.

Laredo Kid first appeared in IMPACT Wrestling back in May 2017 when he teamed with Garza Jr. against Hakim Zane and Idris Abraham. The luchador would continue to team with Garza Jr. over the next few months and they would unsuccessfully challenge for the GFW and IMPACT World Tag Team Championships at Slammiversary.

The AAA star would briefly return to IMPACT in September 2018 before another short run in 2019. His last match in the company was back on July 5, 2019, when he was defeated by Rohit Raju.

When exactly Laredo Kid will return has not been revealed. He wasn't present at the latest set of tapings held earlier this week, but IMPACT will return to Nashville for more TV tapings from August 15 to August 17 according to Meltzer.
