Report: Laredo Kid Returns To IMPACT Wrestling At Latest TV Tapings

Laredo Kid is back

Laredo Kid's busy weekend continued on Sunday, August 15 as the Mexican wrestling star returned to IMPACT Wrestling.

Laredo competed at AAA TripleMania XXIX alongside El Hijo del Vikingo against The Lucha Brothers and Brian Cage & Black Taurus on Saturday and the luchador headed to Nashville, Tennessee for IMPACT's TV tapings after the show.

According to IMPACT Asylum, Laredo Kid faced off against recent IMPACT signing John Skyler on Sunday and the AAA star picked up the win with a top rope Spanish Fly.

Kid's appearance at IMPACT's tapings was expected and recent reports noted he would be returning to the promotion soon. The 34-year-old is also reportedly in line for a push.

The AAA World Cruiserweight Champion has had multiple stints in IMPACT in recent years and first competed in the promotion in May 2017. He would then make brief returns to IMPACT in September 2018 and 2019, last wrestling in the organisation on July 5, 2019, in a defeat to Rohit Raju.
