Report: Major Update On Randy Orton's WWE Return

Is Randy Orton nearing a return?

Randy Orton could be making his WWE return very soon, according to a new report.

Insider account WRKD Wrestling tweeted that The Viper could be returning as soon as Money in the Bank this weekend. This comes just days after Kurt Angle claimed that Orton was recovered from his injury and may be back in the ring "pretty damn soon".

Angle could well have some insider information, since his and Orton's wives are close friends.

Randy has been out of action since May 2022 and he underwent major back fusion surgery later in the year. There has been plenty of speculation about the 43-year-old's future since, with Randy's father 'Cowboy' Bob Orton saying that doctors had told his son he shouldn't wrestle again.

It was reported in early April that The Legend Killer was 'nowhere close' to making a return, after it was rumoured he would be coming back during WrestleMania 39 weekend.

Whether Orton finally resurfaces at Money in the Bank remains to be seen. If and when he does come back, it could be with a remixed version of his 'Voices' theme music.
