Report: Majority Of WWE Superstars Hope WrestleMania 36 Is Postponed

Least-Favoured option is seemingly going ahead...

Earlier this week, WWE made the decision to move WrestleMania 36 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Plans have since changed again as The Showcase Of The Immortals will now be a two-day event on April 4 and April 5 broadcast from the Performance Center and other locations.

This was the least-favoured option for many wrestling fans, as they suggested WWE should instead postpone Mania until normality is restored and the event could have been done as a celebration of the end of the coronavirus pandemic. Instead, Vince McMahon worried that government lockdowns could last until the end of the year, and wanted to get Mania out of the way.

WWE Superstars seemingly don't agree with the boss, as WrestleVotes revealed on Twitter that they had been told that the majority of talent in WWE hope The Show Of Shows is postponed.

WrestleVotes tweeted: "Spoke with a source who states, and this is a direct quote, 'a majority of the talent are still hoping that Mania gets postponed' Take that as you will."
