All Elite Wrestling's Double or Nothing pay-per-view ended in chaos on Sunday, May 28 as The Elite faced off with Blackpool Combat Club in Anarchy in the Arena.

The match, like in 2022, featured a number of major spots and moments, including Matt Jackson causing an explosion after he superkicked Jon Moxley before Jackson's bare foot was then dropped on a pile of thumbtacks. Blackpool Combat Club would ultimately come away with the win after Konosuke Takeshita turned heel and attacked Kenny Omega during the closing stages of the match.

Unlike in 2022, there were no major injuries during Anarchy in the Arena, according to PWInsider Elite. Talents still suffered, cuts, bumps, and bruises but there were no issues beyond that. The 2022 edition of Anarchy in the Arena between Blackpool Combat Club and the Jericho Appreciation Society wasn't affected by the injury but Bryan Danielson did suffer a concussion during the contest. He was out of action for two months.

Following Anarchy in the Arena, the feud between The Elite and Blackpool Combat Club is expected to continue, especially after Kenny Omega teased bringing in reinforcements after Konosuke Takeshita's heel turn.
