Report: 'Renewed Hope & Pride' Within WWE

Morale has reportedly increased significantly within some of WWE's departments of late

A new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider has suggested that there is renewed hope and pride about working for the company within certain WWE departments.

The report specifically mentioned WWE's production department, noting that the recent change has been described as "massively night and day".

The new regime led by Nick Khan, Stephanie McMahon and Paul 'Triple H' Levesque has meant that nobody is yelling at the production truck or announcers during broadcasts, which is seen as one of the major positives since Vince McMahon retired.

It has often been said that Vince would be constantly (and heavy-handedly) relaying instructions during television tapings and pay-per-views.

The report claimed that those working within the production department - including announcers, cameramen, producers and directors - no longer see Mondays and Fridays as being the 'worst' day on the job. It also quoted one person as saying they were "allowed to feel like it's fun to work here".

Furthermore, several people who were looking to leave within the past few months have now decided against doing so, while many others have expressed their hope that the current 'honeymoon feeling' remains, because it has made a huge difference in their day-to-day professional lives.
