Report: The Good Brothers Not Close To IMPACT Renewal

The Good Brothers’ deals are set to expire in the Summer

It was reported recently that former IMPACT World Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers’ IMPACT deals are set to expire this summer, and a follow-up report has stated that the Bullet Club heavy hitters are not close to renewing their deals.

Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer states that “There was a lot of talk about Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson, who signed a very big contract here that’s running out this summer and that the sides aren’t close on a renewal.”

Reports of The GB’s contract status started making the rounds earlier this month, and as yet there is no indication whether Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson will re-sign with IMPACT, or go elsewhere.

The team joined IMPACT in July 2020, debuting at Slammiversary after announcing they’d signed two-year deals with the company. During their IMPACT run The Good Brothers have reigned as IMPACT World Tag Team Champions on two occasions, made many appearances on AEW television due to their run with Kenny Omega and The Elite, and recently rejoined Bullet Club.
