Report: Update On AEW All In Travel Issues

More on the AEW airport fiasco

All Elite Wrestling's organisation for All In doesn't appear to have been a well-oiled machine in some respects, with talent left to fend for themselves upon arriving in the United Kingdom for the Wembley Stadium show.

It was reported by Wade Keller of PWTorch that no wrestlers were picked up from the airport when they arrived in the UK, with many of them ordering an Uber to travel into London. This differed from WWE, who arrange transport from the airport to hotels or arenas and give talents an official itinerary. Talents travel in groups and they are also assigned security. These differences meant talents had a much less enjoyable travel experience which included added stress and delays when they were trying to prepare for All In.

In an update from Fightful Select, though, it has been reported that instructions were relayed to talent that they could be picked up from the airport by AEW but only within certain windows. If they landed outside of those specific times, it was relayed to talent they could order an Uber and the promotion would reimburse them.

CM Punk was so furious about not being picked up at the airport, feeling that he had been singled out, that he angrily confronted Tony Khan at All In. Punk has since been suspended over a backstage altercation he had with Jack Perry shortly after he confronted Khan.
