Report: Update On Marko Stunt's AEW Status

While he was initially a regular in the promotion, Marko Stunt hasn't appeared on any All Elite Wrestling programming since an early October episode of Dark: Elevation and his absence from TV is even longer, stretching back to September of 2021. 

Stunt's contract with the promotion is due to expire soon and Joey Janela revealed during a recent interview that AEW had "just stopped talking" to Mr Fun Size. 

In an update, Fightful Select reported Stunt hasn't been backstage at an AEW show for months and no creative plans have been discussed for the 25-year-old during that time. Merchandise has also been designed for Jurassic Express without Stunt, suggesting he has very much been quietly removed from the faction. 

While AEW may have "stopped talking" to Stunt, he remains under contract with the promotion, with his deal due to expire in May. Stunt is still eager "to prove himself and remain with the company" but if he will get the opportunity to do so remains to be seen.
