Report: Vince McMahon Possibly Behind Tommaso Ciampa's Dyed Beard On WWE Raw

Vince McMahon may have made Tommaso Ciampa buy some Just For Men

Vince McMahon could have been the man behind Tommaso Ciampa's new look on the June 26 edition of Monday Night Raw from Savannah, Georgia.

Ciampa was set to be in action on Raw and he made his way to the ring on the show, only for the two-time NXT Champion to be attacked from behind by The Miz before he could reach the ring. Ciampa was then left lying following a Skull-Crushing Finale on the outside.

This came after Ciampa made his return to WWE TV last week after several months out of action with a hip injury and defeated The Miz in a four-minute match.

Ciampa appeared on last week's Raw with a grey beard but his facial hair was dyed brown this week, with Dave Meltzer noting the beard was another sign of Vince McMahon's influence over WWE creative.

"Notice Ciampa dyed his beard? Well, that's another sign of Vince McMahon. You know Vince hates grey, and Ciampa came back with a grey beard like he usually has and dyed it," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Vince McMahon has been back in charge of WWE creative since April 2023 but the 77-year-old making major changes to TV has become more common in recent weeks. Reports have suggested that WWE are trying to find a way to stop McMahon from making last-minute changes but the Executive Chairman's influence over creative is only expected to grow in the coming months.
