Report: WWE's Karrion Kross To Undergo Character Change

A new character for Kross

Karrion Kross is set to undergo a character change within WWE, according to a new report.

WrestleVotes noted on Twitter today that Kross will still be a "psycho" but he will be "calm & cool" going forward. Elements of Kross' current look will also remain, including his helmet. The presentation of his widely-praised entrance will change, however, including the music.

"Source states WWE is shifting Karrion Kross' character once again. Plan is for him to be more of a 'psycho' yet still 'calm & cool.' As of now the helmet stays, but for whatever reason, still no Scarlett. Presentation of entrance including theme music set to change as well," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Since his move to Monday Night Raw in the summer, Kross has evolved his 'gladiator' persona from NXT, adding straps to his ring gear which resulted in comparisons to Lord Humungus from Mad Max 2. Speaking about the look, the former NXT Champion revealed he wanted to give his matches a vibe reminiscent of the colosseum
