Rhea Ripley Open To Major WWE WrestleMania 40 Match

2024 sees WWE reach a massive milestone, with WrestleMania XL set to be the 40th instalment in the storied annals of WrestleMania.

Despite being over seven months away, some talk has shifted towards Mania, and Rhea Ripley has stated that she’s open to a big match with Becky Lynch at Mania XL, saying the following to India Today:

“But like Becky, like Charlotte [Flair], like Sasha [Banks], like Bayley, like the Four Horsewomen, they've all made a name for themselves. But at the end of the day, when you step in the ring with Mami, it's a whole different sort of challenge. And if it were to be myself and Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40, you know, I invite that challenge. Like you said, we went one on one in NXT. And it there was no clear winner because it was a DQ because Shayna [Baszler], Jessamyn [Duke] and Marina [Shafir] just had to come down and ruin that for me when I was on the stride of my life,” said Ripley.

Ripley is arguably WWE’s women’s division’s biggest star right now, and a Mania clash with Lynch would certainly be a big deal.
