Riddle Still Wants WWE Match With Brock Lesnar
Riddle has wanted a WWE match with Brock Lesnar for a number of years
There are several questions about wrestling that crop up time and time again; was Sting the original third man? What would WWE look like if Triple H won King of the Ring 1996? And will Matt Riddle ever get a match with Brock Lesnar?
Riddle has long angled for a match with ‘The Beast’, declaring he wanted to retire Brock when ‘The Original Bro’ was still plying his trade on the Indies. And now, in conversation with Adam’s Apple, Riddle has once again stated his desire to face Brock:
“I really want that one-on-one match with Brock that’d be good, but there’s a lot of talent out there. You’ve got the Edges, me and Randy are partners but you never know, we might wrestle one day. There’s a lot.”
Riddle’s constant egging on of Brock has rubbed Lesnar up the wrong way in the past, as has his constant criticism of Goldberg. However, with Riddle currently sitting as one of the most popular stars in all of WWE, a match with either seems more likely than ever.
