Roman Reigns has commented on the allegations made against Vince McMahon by former WWE employee Janel Grant, saying they are "embarrassing" and something "you don't want to hear about." Reigns noted he hopes Grant is now in a place where she feels comfortable and secure.
"She's got to live with all these situations that happened and hopefully she's in a place where she feels comfortable and she's secure in her own place. It's embarrassing. That's stuff you don't want to hear about. You don't want your family to hear about," Reigns told Vanity Fair.
The 39-year-old also noted that McMahon reached out last year to wish him a happy birthday. It is unknown if they have been in contact since then.
Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis in January 2024 within which she accused McMahon of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse. The lawsuit was amended in January of 2025 and is still ongoing, as a judge ruling is required on whether the case progresses to discovery or is moved to private arbitration.
Roman Reigns also revealed to Vanity Fair that his WWE contract expires following 2026's WrestleMania 42 and he plans to pursue acting when his WWE career is over.
