Ronda Rousey Challenges Shayna Baszler To WWE SummerSlam Match

Ronda Rousey wants Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam. 

'The Baddest Woman on the Planet' called out her former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion partner on the July 17 episode of Raw. 

After Baszler defeated Nikki Cross via submission in twenty seconds, Rousey popped up in the crowd and started to mock her rival. She then spoke about how Baszler had to come up through the developmental system, while Ronda fast-tracked herself by being dominant. 

Rousey continued by calling herself the best and Shayna a knockoff version. Baszler then claimed to be the best, before attempting to go after Ronda in the crowd, when security intervened. Rousey ended the segment by saying she will see Baszler at SummerSlam. Despite the challenge, the match has yet to be made official by WWE. 

SummerSlam may end up being the former Women's Champion's last night with the company, as her deal is reportedly up soon and has a 'hard out' date attached to it. 

The UFC Hall of Famer is unlikely to return to the Octagon post-WWE.
