Solo Sikoa made a brief appearance at WWE WrestleMania 41 as he encouraged Jacob Fatu on the entrance ramp before heading backstage ahead of Fatu's United States Title win over LA Knight on night one of WWE's biggest show of the year.

There was a claim from Dr. Chris Featherstone on Backstage Pass that alternative plans for WrestleMania would have seen Sikoa serve as the special guest referee for Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania 41. Those plans were scrapped, according to Featherstone.

It has since been reported, however, by Cory Hays of PWN/Bodyslam that Solo was never planned to be the special guest referee for Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena. Sikoa was also never considered to be Randy Orton's WrestleMania 41 open challenge opponent, which ultimately ended up being TNA World Champion Joe Hendry.

While there was no Solo Sikoa involvement in the main event of WrestleMania for the first time since 2022, rapper Travis Scott assisted John Cena with his win over Cody Rhodes as Cena became a record-breaking 17-time world champion.
