Sami Zayn Doesn't Think His Feud With Johnny Knoxville Is Over

Sami Zayn thinks there could be another chapter in his feud with Johnny Knoxville

Sami Zayn’s rivalry with Johnny Knoxville was a big highlight of WWE last year, with the pair facing off in a wild match at WrestleMania 38, in which Knoxville emerged victorious. Although this seemed to put their feud to bed, Zayn noted on the Out of Character podcast that things with Knoxville didn’t feel right upon an interaction this year at WrestleMania 39, and that there could be more to be told in their story.

"I don't know if we'll ever bury the hatchet. We bumped into each other at WrestleMania 39 actually, and it just doesn't feel right, I don't know. I feel like it's not over. I feel like, even though, you know, I've obviously turned the page and I've gone into a new chapter in my career here, and as you said, I've reached even higher highs than before, I still feel like this thing with Johnny Knoxville is not quite over. I feel like there's somewhere to go with that."

Since his feud with Knoxville, Zayn became a major part of The Bloodline storyline and underwent a major babyface turn, leading him to the main event of WrestleMania 39 Night One this year, where he and Kevin Owens dethroned The Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles.
