Sami Zayn Thinks Bret Hart Is Underrated

Sami Zayn has a 'hot take' when it comes to The Hitman

Despite being widely regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time, WWE star Sami Zayn believes that two-time WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart is still underrated.

Appearing on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast, Zayn offered the opinion that The Hitman is actually so good that he is still underrated by some.

After noting that (out of all the finishers from the past) he would use The Sharpshooter due to his love of The Excellence of Execution, Sami said:

"Underrated, by the way. Hot take. Bret Hart, underrated. When we really talk about Bret Hart, 'Oh, of course, he's the best', but for some reason, when people talk about the best, he's not the first thing that comes up and he really should be. People talk about (Ric) Flair, Undertaker, Shawn (Michaels), and all these other people, 'Oh yeah, and also Bret'. Bret is top of the list. As a craftsman. Everything is subjective, but there are a lot of things, when it came to the craft, no one was better than Bret. Flair cut a hell of a promo, Dusty (Rhodes) cut a hell of a promo. Shawn was good at different things. When it came to the craft, Bret is the man. He's the absolute man. As crazy as it is to say, he's underrated".

Bret was on hand to introduce Sami Zayn for his proper WWE main roster debut, revealing him as the challenger for then-United States Champion John Cena on the May 4, 2015 episode of Raw.
