Sean Waltman Thinks WWE Should Allow Daniel Bryan To Wrestle In Other Companies

"I think it would behove the company to let him do that"

Daniel Bryan's contract is due to expire "relatively soon" and The American Dragon is currently trying to convince WWE to allow him to wrestle for other companies while a Superstar.

If WWE will agree to Bryan's request remains to be seen, but Sean Waltman believes the company should allow the former world champion to wrestle elsewhere.

"That's smart of him because he's trying to preserve his relationship with the company and still be able to go out there and do things to satisfy himself at this stage of his life and career. And I think it would behove the company to let him do that, honestly. I'm not saying, 'Hey, go ahead and go main event an AEW pay-per-view or something,' but if he wanted to go out and do his own thing and even produce it himself, good for him," Waltman said on the Pro Wrestling 4 Life podcast

A company Bryan would love to work for is CMLL and the leader of the Yes Movement has previously said in interviews that he wants to work a CMLL Anniversary Show before he retires.

H/T to Wrestling Inc.
