Seth Rollins is still in WWE's current plans for WrestleMania

Over the last few days more news has emerged on the severity of an injury suffered by Seth Rollins during his World Heavyweight Championship match against Jinder Mahal on Monday Night RAW. Rollins was revealed to have suffered from an MCL tear and partially torn meniscus, which looks to rule him out of action.
Rollins will be addressing his future as World Heavyweight Champion and health on this week’s RAW, with the expectation being that he will be out for at least four weeks at minimum. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided an update on the status of Rollins ahead of WrestleMania 40 in April.
“As of an hour ago, Seth Rollins and Punk are still scheduled for WrestleMania. As far as that could change? Yes. I was told yes, it could change, but it's up in the air. But right now, he's still on WrestleMania. I heard yesterday he was pulled from some house shows. And whatever, how long to be determined. But it's a significant injury, but we don't know how significant, I mean, as far as, like, how long we'll be out right now. But, yeah, so that's the basic gist of it.”
It seems that for now WWE still has the expectation that Seth Rollins will be back in time for a match with CM Punk at WrestleMania 40.
