More of Vince McMahon's alleged victims have reached out to Janel Grant's attorney Ann Callis and the attorney's team are in the process of vetting those who have been in contact.
Callis told BJ Bethel of SEScoops:
"I can say generally Janel has been courageous in speaking out about her situation. Her hope is she is an example to other people who feel that they are not alone and they can speak out themselves and we have been seeing that. I have had several people contact me and we are doing vetting and going through that process."
Ann Callis is representing Janel Grant in her lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis which is currently paused until December 11. McMahon is accused of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse. WWE are accused of trying to cover up the allegations against McMahon, and Laurinaitis is accused of sexual assault.
The lawsuit is currently on pause while federal prosecutors investigate allegations of sex trafficking and sexual misconduct against McMahon dating back to the 1980s.
A grand jury subpoena served to Vince McMahon noted several other women had signed nondisclosure agreements, including a WWE contractor who McMahon allegedly sexually harrassed, a spa manager who McMahon allegedly sexually assaulted, a former WWE talent who McMahon coerced into giving him oral sex, former WWE referee Rita Chatterton, and a former WWE employee who John Laurinaitis allegedly demoted after she broke off their affair.
