SPOILER On Championship Match Planned For AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday

The next challenger for Saraya's AEW Women's World Championship will be revealed on the September 29 edition of Rampage. 

AEW taped Friday night's Rampage in Broomfield, Colorado on Wednesday following a live edition of Dynamite. The Rampage taping was main evented by Hikaru Shida vs. Ruby Soho. 

Following a back-and-forth match, it was Hikaru Shida who picked up the win. She will challenge Saraya for the AEW Women's World Title on the special 'Title Tuesday' edition of AEW Dynamite on October 10. Dynamite usually airs on Wednesday nights on TBS in the United States but the show is being preempted for coverage of the Major League Baseball playoffs. 

AEW Dynamite was forced to move to a Tuesday night due to the MLB playoffs in 2022. That show also had a Title Tuesday theme and saw four title matches, including Jon Moxley vs. Hangman Page for the AEW World Championship. The match was stopped early after Hangman Page sustained a concussion.

Saraya has been AEW Women's World Champion since she won a Four-Way at All In on August 27. Hikaru Shida had been AEW Women's World Champion heading into the Wembley Stadium show.
