SPOILER: Tag Team Reunites At IMPACT TV Taping

Back together

IMPACT Wrestling held their latest set of TV tapings at Old Forester's Paristown Hall in Louisville, Kentucky on Sunday, March 6, and a popular tag team reunited at the event.

Alex Shelley had been absent from IMPACT for over a year but he returned to the promotion on Saturday at Sacrifice to face his former faction-mate Jay White.

Shelley was then present for Sunday's TV taping and after White offered him a Too Sweet, The Switchblade and Shelley went back and forth until Chris Sabin joined the former IWTV Independent Wrestling Champion on the ramp, reuniting The Motor City Machine Guns in the process.

Shelley and Sabin then teamed together later in the taping, defeating Jay White and Chris Bey.

This was The Motor City Machine Guns' first match together since they defeated XXXL in December of 2020. Sabin and Shelley have teamed together since 2006 and are former IMPACT World Tag Team Champions, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions and ROH World Tag Team Champions.
